Bad ProductSep 24, 2009
I actually brought this on ehob's website. I ordered the bed overlay and seemed to work well so I ordered the chair overlay the next month. During the 4th month of having the bed overlay it punctured and the chair followed. After calling customer service, I was told there is only a 3 month warranty and I may have mis-used the product. My grandma is 90 y/o and 80 lbs and I'm a physical therapist who spent time transferring patients. This product should have held up. Due to the bad quality and bad customer service I gave this the lowest rating possible.
