Bought for my fiance. She has back,feet,and leg pains. The vibrations and heat are good for relieving all these pains.

 Bad Experiece w/Percussion Massager & Universal ManiaApr 07, 2010
First Homedics Percussion Massager w/ Heat I received did not work. I contacted the seller, paid for return shipping and received a 2nd massager w/ heat. The heat funstion did not and still does not work. In my over all opinion this is a bad item and the seller I used, Universal Mania, is terrible. I unnecessarily paid for shipping 3 times to receive 3 broken massagers. They will not fully refund my money or the 2 additional shipping I have paid. 3 out of 3 of these Homedics Percussion Massagers w/ Heat have not worked and I am stuck with the 3rd one with no refund from Universal Mania.
My next step will be to go through Amazon is self for resolution.

THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT FOR A HOMEDIC MASSAGER I HAD PURCHASED 5 OR 6 YEARS AGO AT BED, BATH & BEYOND, PRIMARILY FOR THE BACK AND LEGS.
THE ORIGINAL UNIT HAD MORE SPEEDS, A HEAT FEATURE AND A MULTILEVEL PULSATING FEATURE...THIS REPLACEMENT UNIT JUST HAS TWO SETTINGS AND HEAT FEATURE, BUT GETS THE JOB DONE. I USED IT 4 OR 5 TIMES SINCE RECEIVING IT AND I'M MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE UNIT--HOPES IT GIVES ME THE SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE THE ORIGINAL UNIT DID.
