This is a wonderful- a great tool to also show clients where their problems are.
I use 5 different clipboards, including their skeletal and vertebral clipboards, and this muscle one the most- I have had 2 muscle boards stolen and now will buy my third one.
It is a legal (long) size, and the clip is plastic, so stay out of the wind!

It took me over one month and a half to get this product and I was disappointed. It is very cheaply made (plastic) and is an irregular size...not very useful.
