too flimsy for adult mountain bikesJul 15, 2010 Returned this the day after i got it. I have some other Racor items that do a good job but this one misses the mark badly.
Great productJul 12, 2010 Great bike rack. Holds small or large bikes plus the little racks for the helmet/shoes are great. Plenty of hardware for drywall or stud-mounting. Easy and sturdy. Would buy another if I got an "open box deal" again. Otherwise, it is a touch pricey.

Material in bad shapeMar 06, 2010 I wish I could be at home right now to send a video. Anyway, I will describe it.
I received the package with a hole in it. One of the PLASTIC anchor was broken. I think the hardware furnished (for drywall) is not adapted for the amount of weight you will put on the rack. I think that the 2 holes where you need to screw should be separated of 16 inches to match with the studs in your walls which is a standard size. Instead of that you have to fix this rack in the drywall. Bad idea! I have preferred to fix the bike rack to a u-shape home made wood adapter which I fixed itself to my studs in the wall: way more stronger.
Also, the rack probably fell since there are some scratches on it (one of the scratch has even been repainted badly). The rack is not straight (leveled) and the large white part is bent like someone hammered it.
I think they could have added some tire trays. It's cheap to make and should be "a must" with this kind of article avoiding leaving tire marks on your wall.
I'm waiting for the ski rack from the same brand and I'm a little "scared" about that. I will leave the proper review once I will have it: good or bad.
Question: why didn't I send it back? I took too long to fix it and I unfortunately throw away the hardware and the box so I didn't even try to contact the company who make them to avoid any waste of time.
Conclusion: I don't recommend this article.
Good product, QC could be better...Jul 12, 2009 Quality is I would say fairly good. Things weren't perfectly square and the decal wasn't centered. It works fine, but I don't think their quality control process is very thorough.

Measure twiceJun 03, 2009 The rack is sturdy and does just what it says. We purchased it for a space without really considering how far out the bikes were going to come out. Wish I had looked at our bikes vertical in the space we were putting them.
I really like the built in shelves.
Putting it up was a snap with a Stud Finder!
