Thera Cane MassagerJul 28, 2010 This is the FIRST alternative product that I have bought in many years which makes a NOTICEABLE difference in the way I feel. Chronic aches and pains in my shoulder and back are temporarily relieved. Pain from Arthritis in one of my fingers is no longer an issue after using the cane on my arm!! The cane is easy to use, breaks up little, painful Trigger Points or knots which cause pain a distance away in the body. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook is very technical and dry; uses the medical terminology for all the muscles which makes it dry to work through. But I find I don't need it. Just using the cane up and down my body, working on and out the tender, sore spots is remarkably effective. The Workbook is good as a backup, but not necessary to feel relieve. I have offered it to some reluctant friends and they are immediately seeing results! I'm a Believer!
Love this CaneJul 27, 2010 A co-worker of mine had this cane. I used it and found instant relief, so I had to get one for myself. I would recommend this item for anyone that has stiff shoulders from working all day on the computer. I love my cane.

Great self massagerJul 13, 2010 My husband has had back issues for years that prevent him from sleeping well. Since he started using this to get at the knots and tight muscles in his back, he has been sleeping WAY better. I've also used it and love it too! Well worth the money.
Those who get migraines...Jun 21, 2010 ...gotta have this item! The only way to get that deep tissue massage without going to a massage therapist, this hits the spot and is essential for anyone who gets tension headaches.

The best $28.50 I've ever spentJun 19, 2010 I found the Thera Cane strictly by accident, and at first, couldn't figure out what I was looking at. Then I noticed 266 reviews, with the average being 5 stars. So I started reading them.
I constantly have tight, painful muscles in my neck, shoulders, and back, so each new glowing review suggested that this might actually be the solution. Within a few minutes, and reading about 25 or 30 reviews, I ordered one.
It arrived today. I read the accompanying booklet and tried a number of the suggestions on how to loosen up tight muscles. Within about 30 minutes (and I still don't know the best ways to use it), I was virtually pain-free. All of the knotted muscles had relaxed.
Wow! This truly is the best $28.50 I've ever spent!
